Overview
TAGS Label Co. (“TAGS”, “we”) runs tagslabelco.com. The site doesn’t have customer accounts or online checkout, and we don’t take payments through it. Orders and quotes are requested by email.
Information you send us
When you email us (an order request, a quote request or a question), we receive what you include: your email address, your name if you include it, your message, your order details, your artwork and any other files you attach, and your shipping address or other details you choose to share.
Our online order tools
When you use an order tool, the options you choose (such as size, material, quantity and number of designs) are sent to our server to calculate the price shown. The order tools don’t ask for your name, email address or payment details.
Label names and other text you type into an order tool are used to build your order email in your own browser. They reach us only if you choose to send that email.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don’t currently use analytics or advertising tools, and the site doesn’t set tracking cookies.
How we use information
- to reply to your questions and requests
- to prepare your proof and produce and ship your order
- to provide customer service, including reorders and fixing problems
- to keep records of our orders and business
How information is shared
We don’t sell your personal information.
We share it only as needed to run our business: with service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting and email providers; with shipping carriers to deliver your order; and when required by law.
How long we keep information
We keep order emails and files for as long as we need them for your order, reorders and our business records.

Changes to this policy
If the way we handle information changes, for example if we add online checkout or site analytics, we’ll update this page and the date above.
