Production time
Typical production is 2–3 business days after proof approval. Production starts once you approve your digital proof, so the clock doesn’t start until your artwork is final.
Larger, unusual or custom projects can take longer. If you need your order by a certain date, ask us and we’ll confirm the timing for your project.
Production time is not delivery time. Shipping transit time is in addition to production.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more.
We’ll confirm shipping with your order. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination, and we can’t guarantee a delivery date.
Proof approval
Nothing prints until you approve your digital proof. Your proof shows your label or sticker as it will be produced. Please review it carefully, including:
- your artwork
- spelling and all text
- dimensions
- the material, quantity and other order details shown in the proof
Approving your proof confirms that it’s correct and ready to print. Need a change? Ask before you approve.
Custom products and returns
Every order is custom printed to your specifications. Once you’ve approved your proof and production has begun, custom orders are generally not refundable.
If we make a mistake
If we make a production error, or your finished order doesn’t match the proof or order you approved because of something on our end, we’ll make it right and reprint the affected product.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll sort it out with you directly.
If your order matches your approved proof
If your finished order matches the proof you approved and you later notice an error or want a change, contact us. We handle corrections and reprints case by case.
