Terms of Service

These terms apply to orders and quotes you request from TAGS Label Co. (“TAGS”, “we”) through tagslabelco.com or by email. By sending an order request, you agree to them.

Our products are custom printed to your specifications. You choose your options online and send us an order request by email, or ask us for a quote. The site doesn’t have online checkout and doesn’t take payments.

We’ll confirm your order and price by email. We may decline an order we can’t produce or aren’t comfortable printing.

Where the site shows a price, it’s for the options you selected at the time of your request. Custom sizes, quote-only products, large-volume orders and design services are priced individually. We’ll confirm your price before production. If a price shown on the site is wrong because of an error, we’ll tell you before anything prints.

Every order includes a free digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it. Please check your proof carefully, including artwork, spelling and all text, dimensions, and the other order details it shows. Approving your proof confirms it’s correct and ready to print.

You’re responsible for the artwork, text and other content you send us. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to use it, including any logos, trademarks and images, and that the content of your labels is accurate and meets any laws or rules that apply to your products.

We use your files to prepare, proof and produce your order. Artwork guidelines explain how to prepare them.

Printed colors can look slightly different from how they appear on a screen. Specialty materials, such as holographic stocks, look different in different light.

Typical production is 2–3 business days after proof approval. Larger, unusual or custom projects can take longer. Production time is not a guaranteed delivery date, and shipping transit time is additional. See Shipping & Returns for details, including free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

You can request changes before you approve your proof. Because every order is custom, orders are generally not refundable once you’ve approved your proof and production has begun. How we handle production errors, damaged orders and reprints is explained in Shipping & Returns.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date above, applies to new order requests.
